This position holds responsibility for the maintenance and repairs of the track and wayside infrastructure. The Track Supervisor directs Foremen to direct their crew activities to assure safe and reliable operation of the commuter rail system and ensures compliance with all State and Federal rules and regulations. The Track Supervisor also performs track inspections and repairs to assure compliance with FRA Title 49, Part 213 Track Safety Standards and Part 214 Railroad Workplace Safety maintaining a safe and reliable passenger railroad system. FRA Class 4, CWR and Concrete Tie experience required.
