Customer Service Representative

Location – Fort Worth, TX
Candidate will work with industrial railroad customers on railcar orders, logistical plans, railroad operating personnel to set up and communicate customer requirements for service and problem resolution. Candidates need communication skills and knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Must be able to work nights and weekends. Knowledge of railroad industry is very helpful, but not essential. Associates degree or work towards associates degree is desired.
